How Clearance Jobs Are Priced
All clearance jobs are priced individually based on volume, weight, waste type, access, and labour required. This ensures accurate pricing and avoids unexpected costs.
A minimum charge applies to all jobs, covering collection, labour, transport, and responsible disposal. This includes standard disposal costs such as weighbridge charges from £15.
Heavier materials such as soil, rubble, or tiles may increase the overall cost due to weight and handling requirements. Same-day or urgent collections may be available upon request.
Compliance
fsps is a registered waste carrier (Waste Carrier Licence No: CBDL626077) and operates fully in line with UK Duty of Care regulations. Waste Transfer Notes are provided for every job, giving customers peace of mind that waste is handled and disposed of legally and responsibly.
Waste We Do Not Accept
Asbestos
Large industrial fridges or freezers

Preventing Fly Tipping
We take responsible waste disposal seriously and encourage customers to do the same. Fly tipping is illegal and can result in fines or prosecution.
Before allowing anyone to remove your waste, always check that they are a registered waste carrier. You can do this via the Environment Agency website. Do not accept unexpected offers to take your rubbish, and always ask how your waste will be disposed of.
Make sure you receive proper paperwork, such as an invoice or Waste Transfer Note, which includes the carrier’s details and a clear description of the waste being removed.
Leaving items beside street bins, at recycling banks, in communal areas, or outside closed sites or charity shops is considered fly tipping and may result in enforcement action.
